Screenshot 3: you can set up appointments and reminders and you can write up your journal, in as much detail as you like.
Screenshot 4: you can look at an index of all the days in your journal, and link to any day. Or you can delete a day. Note that you can have many concurrent projects, e.g. Journal, Dreams, Course
