to download the installation file. You will be invited to save it on your computer, or cancel. Click the ‘save’ button.
When download is complete, run art2kmin.exe to install Runtime Access 2000.
You will probably be asked “Do you want to run this file?”. Below this you’ll see that the publisher is Microsoft Corporation..
If you don’t trust Microsoft, you can back out now by clicking the ‘cancel’ button - but then you won’t be able to run the Diary ...
So click ‘run’ to continue.
Then click ‘Unzip’ to extract the required files and store them on your computer.
This may take a few minutes.
Using Windows Explorer, open the folder ‘C:\ART2KMin Setup’ to view the files you have just extracted.
Double-click on ‘Setup.exe’ to complete the installation of Access 2000 Runtime.
